Gibson Bass

c1965 Gibson EB-0 Electric Bass ..a VERY cool example, with all kinds of early features...It has a very hefty Big "C" shaped neck ( a friend of mine has a c 61, and this Bass has an identical sized neck ) feels GREAT.. It has the old style neck / body joint, that is "stepped", not smooth, like later...It has the old style 17 degree headstock pitch, not the later shallower pitch...Has the old Non-adjustable bridge, that everyone wants..still very Red..not faded..NO cracks, or repairs...has a "Wear spot" next to the P/U, from the thumb, playing it, but is a clean example...the little wood finger rest on the 'guard is missing..Pickguard has done some shrinking, and cracked at some mounting screw areas ( very common ) but is stable, and flat..ALL orig. parts...nice action, and playability...has a HUGE sound !...very lightweight...just a very nice example, of an EB-0 Bass..it's 46 years old now..and the earlier EB-0's are increasing in value quickly, since they are considered undervalued, in todays market..we'll put it out there for $900 less, than current FMV...
